What type of battery products do you produce?

We can provide one-stop service for all your customized battery needs. With over 20 years of experience in customizing professional products to meet customer needs, such as battery capacity, battery CCA value, battery design life, battery color box customized packaging, etc. Our primary task is to provide solutions that meet your needs.

What is your production capacity?

Our current production line produces an average of 6000 batteries per day, which means we can produce approximately 4-5 containers of 20FCL per day, and we have the ability to handle small and large orders.

What quality control measures do you have?

We have strict quality control measures to ensure that each product meets our high quality standards. We have a dedicated team to supervise the production process and conduct thorough quality inspections before the product is released for distribution.

What is your production and delivery lead time?

Our delivery cycle varies depending on the product and order quantity. We strive to deliver the order within a reasonable time frame and will provide an estimated delivery date when placing the order.

How long is the warranty period for your product?

All batteries of INCOCH enjoy a 3-year warranty from the date of installation, which only applies to manufacturing defects. If the battery failure is caused by the customer's incorrect operation, the warranty does not apply, and the customer warranty does not apply.

What are your payment terms?

1. Prepay 30% (standard product) and pay 70% before shipment. 2. 100% advance payment for special products. 3. 100% of sight letters of credit are issued by special customers, and letters of credit should be issued by world-class banks (special markets).

How to protect our rights?

All shipped products are documented, and we provide OEM services to many brands without any information about our product manufacturer. Any drawings, operating instructions, test reports, etc. belong to the brand owner. Floating applications require batteries to be continuously charged, occasionally discharged, and cyclic applications to periodically charge and discharge batteries.

What should I do if there is a quality issue?

If there are batch quality issues such as internal false soldering, battery rupture, acid leakage, etc., you can contact us within one week after receiving the goods, record product details by taking pictures and videos, and send them to our sales personnel. The quality inspection department will investigate the cause within next week. If it is confirmed to be a quality problem, our company will compensate in the next order.

How to place an order?

Firstly, clearly inform the sales personnel of your product requirements, such as battery capacity, specifications, usage, usage environment, specific quantity of the order, whether there are color box packaging requirements, and whether sea freight is included, so that the sales personnel can easily obtain accurate quotations. Then, after both parties confirm the price, the salesperson will send you a sales contract, which you will sign and stamp. Finally, the buyer and seller will execute the contract as required (usually a 30% deposit to confirm production) to confirm the order.
